WAIVER OF ANY 14 DAYS COOLING OFF PERIOD THAT MAY APPLY UNDER THE CONSUMER
CONTRACTS (INFORMATION, CANCELLATION AND ADDITIONAL CHARGES) REGULATIONS 2013 OR
ANY OTHER STATUTORY LEGISLATION.

INSULATE LTD has made me/us aware of The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and
Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, and any prospective 14-day cooling- off period that may apply
before they commence work on my/our property.
I/We formally waive my/our entitlement to a 14-day cooling-off period and request that Detail
Insulate LTD
By signing this waiver form, I/We acknowledge that after an installation date has been provided and
confirmed, I/We give up all rights to cancel. I/We have been informed that if I/We cancel after an
installation date has been set and agreed upon, I/We would forfeit my/our deposit. I/We have read
and understand this waiver in its entirety.
